The 19th annual Regional Masorti Women’s Study Days were held in February across Israel.
The overall theme was “Women’s Voices Changing the Discourse: From Bible to Today”: Alice Shalvi (seated), renowned feminist leader and former President and Rector of the Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies, spoke about her recently published memoir, “Never a Native”.
In the picture, she is surrounded by participants of the Study Day in Kfar Saba that took place on February 12.
The Regional Masorti Women’s Study Days are sponsored by Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, Midreshet Schechter and the Masorti Movement in Israel.
