Rabbi Osnat Eldar studies in ‘Revivim’ program which prepares outstanding students in the humanities and social sciences for teaching in public schools. She has a B.A degree in Hebrew Literature and the Bible, a master’s degree in Hebrew Literature and a teaching certificate in Bible Studies. After graduating from Hebrew University, she studied language editing at Tel Aviv University. In 2020 she was ordained as a Reform Rabbi. She currently works as Communal Experiential Director of TALI Education Fund and is the Rabbi of the ‘Sulam Yaakov’ congregation. She is currently studying for another master’s degree at the University of Haifa, in the field of Jewish People Studies. Osnat recently published her first poetry book: ‘Miriam’s Well’. She is married to Daniel and together they are raising three daughters: Naama, Hagar, and Adi. They live in Kibbutz Remot Menashe.
