Deputy Executive Director of Elementary Schools
Sara Shay is the deputy executive director of elementary schools at TALI. She has BA and MA degrees in psychology, business administration and Jewish philosophy. She has a special interest in rabbinic legends. Sara’s grandparents were among the founders of Bat Yam and she is a founder of Barkan, a town in the Shomron.
